When you enroll to take an upper division or graduate class at the University of Houston System at Cinco Ranch you are enrolling at one of the four UH System universities. Students should not have to leave UH System at Cinco Ranch to meet one-on-one with an academic advisor, apply for admission, register for classes, pay tuition and fees, attend class, and complete all work for that class.
To further ease your college transition, the UH System at Cinco Ranch has partnered with Houston Community College–Northwest and other local community colleges to assist the transfer of freshman and sophomore credit.

Northwest College is dedicated to bringing the highest quality education to the West Houston area through two-year academic degrees, workforce certifications, continuing education classes, adult education classes and high school dual credit courses. Certificates and degrees are available in such specialties as Cosmetology, Audio Recording and Filmmaking, Veterinary Paramedics, Certified Nurse Aid and Child Development.
