About Pam

As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Pam Hughes is trained to help buyers find their dream home. Her training as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) verifies her professional dedication to meeting clients’ needs. She works with buyers or sellers alike, giving each client the personal attention they deserve. This has allowed Pam to be ranked among the top producers in her company every year since joining Heritage Texas Properties, the largest locally owned residential real estate company in Houston.

Aside from earning her professional designations, Pam is active in the National, Texas, and Houston Associations of Realtors, serving on the Professional Ethics Committees at both the Texas and Houston levels. She is a member of both the Residential Sales Council and the Realtors’ Marketing Institute, and is sometimes called as an expert witness on residential real estate matters in Houston courts. Several corporations and relocation firms call on her to ensure that moves are handled with the greatest benefit and least hassle for their employees or clients.

In addition to being a full-time REALTOR®, Pam is active in her church teaching children, performing as a clown, PAMHUGHES playing tennis, and speaking on Australia in local schools. She is also a member of the Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the Cypress Woodlands Junior Forum, and the Barbara Bush Library Board, as well as a financial supporter of the Cypress Creek Community Center Performance Hall (CENTRUM), and serves on the Huntwick Civic Association Architectural Control Committee.

A native of Australia who served 4 years in the Women’s Royal Australian Navy, Pam is a “naturalized” Texan. She is married and the mother of two grown children.
